Zurich Life & Investments has expanded its operations team by appointing Suzi Leung as its new chief claims officer (CCO), effective immediately.
Before taking on the new role, Leung was the chief operations officer (COO) of Zurich General Insurance since January 2021. Before that, she spent two years as the head of operational services and delegated claims, and eight years in different claims and operational roles within Zurich Australia, Switzerland, and North America, with roles and responsibilities ranging from personal injury claims and business transformation to oversight of Zurich’s real estate assets in Australia and New Zealand.
