Staff from E-Claim.com and Elements Property Insurance Company (EPIC) sat down to enjoy a crawfish boil. The local mudbug veterans held an informal training exercise on the proper way to twist, pinch and extract crawfish tails. One newcomer to boils even acquired a new taste for boiled artichoke.
Everyone made a valiant effort and most thoroughly enjoyed the festivities and the comradery. However, not everyone was a fan and at least one, less intrepid soul subsisted on gumbo and potato salad.
A good time was had by all.
