Overall, Johnny has a genuine passion for translating visions into tangible realities, all while ensuring everyone across the organization can do their best work and maximize their talent in a safe and inclusive space. From building winning teams to optimizing full-scale management sectors, Johnny enjoys blending his admiration for people and processes to secure viable, growth-driven results. This, in conjunction with his award-winning track record, keen ability to read a room, and reputation for leading by example, is what shaped Johnny into the endorsed change agent he is today – one who is committed to instilling positive impacts that his team(s), present-day and future can collectively benefit from.

When Johnny is not scaling, fostering high-performing environments, or remediating internal/external efficiency gaps, you can often find him running, enjoying photography, playing a round or two of golf, and above all, spending time with his beautiful wife Lacy and their two children, Coco and Cruz.
