Justin Wilson is the Chief Technology Officer at E-Claim, where he brings nearly 20 years of experience in software engineering, cloud architecture, and digital transformation across the public and private sectors. With a proven record of modernizing complex systems, Justin leads the technological vision behind ClickClaims and other core E-Claim products, aligning engineering execution with long-term business strategy.
Justin’s journey began with a B.S. in Computer Information Systems, followed by an M.S. in Software Engineering from Penn State University. His career spans influential roles in government, education, artificial intelligence, and insurtech, including serving as Chief Architect on the VA’s $10B EHR Modernization program and leading technology transformations that doubled online conversion rates and dramatically improved deployment reliability.
Known for building secure, scalable infrastructures, Justin has implemented enterprise cloud solutions on both AWS and Azure, developed analytics platforms that deliver real-time insights, and driven E-Claim’s efforts toward SOC 2 Type 2 compliance. He holds multiple Microsoft certifications, including DevOps Engineer Expert and Azure Developer Associate, and is also a Microsoft Certified Trainer.

Whether it’s streamlining claims workflows, optimizing CI/CD pipelines, or enhancing system performance, he is focused on creating technology that not only works—but works for the people who depend on it every day.
