Senior Business Analyst

Stacey started in the insurance industry in 1996 as a Salvage Clerk for a regional insurance company in Lexington, KY.  She quickly moved on to a Claims Representative position working multi-line claims and then specializing in Residential and Commercial Property claims.  In 2005 she took a position with an independent adjusting firm and shortly thereafter became the Vice President of Compliance & Training.  She was one of our first clients while at the IA firm.  Stacey used ClickClaims for 10 years handling both catastrophe claims and daily claims.  Stacey joined the E-Claim team in 2018 and at the time was both the Project Manager and Sales Representative.  She has been able to use her extensive claim knowledge and hands-on ClickClaims user knowledge to better the experience for all our clients from their first demo;  to launching their ClickClaims site; to helping clients create a customized feature to meet a specific need.  In 2020 Stacey became our Senior Business Analyst and oversees all client customizations as well as ClickClaims enhancement projects.

Stacey is a proud graduate of Milligan College (now University) and sits on their Board of Advisors.
