Meg has taken her expertise in insurance and underwriting and taken a hands-on approach to training producers, agency owners and agency staff. The thing I most appreciate with a hands-on approach is the ability to role play situations and scenarios. You can learn to sell (or manage customer expectations) by reading books. It takes practice and without proper role playing simulation, your employees learn on the job with all the risks that something like that exposes you to.
