CLARA Analytics (Sunnyvale, California) has launched CLARA Intelligence-as-a-Service (IaaS), a data-driven analytics platform designed to help insurance carriers and self-insured organizations improve claims outcomes through benchmarking and strategic decision-making.
The solution draws from what CLARA describes as the largest claims artificial intelligence dataset of bodily injury cases across workers’ compensation, auto liability, and general liability. It uses more than a decade of claims records to generate granular insights that can be applied to reserving, litigation management, and operational improvement.
