Verisk (Jersey City, N.J.) has launched XactAI, a suite of artificial intelligence capabilities within its Xactware property-claims products to streamline claims handling through automation and consistent workflows.
The suite summarizes complex data, organizes documentation, and supports adjusters and contractors across the claim lifecycle. Verisk says all outputs route through human oversight so stakeholders can confirm, edit, or override AI-generated content.
