PetSecur (Amsterdam), the Netherlands’ only dedicated pet insurance provider, has launched an in-house AI platform to accelerate claims processing and shorten reimbursement times for veterinary expenses. The tool, developed by the company’s internal AI team, is designed to automate up to 80 percent of routine claims and provide faster turnaround for policyholders.
