ITC Briefing: CLARA Analytics Puts Responsible AI to Work in Claims

At ITC Las Vegas, CLARA Analytics (Santa Clara, Calif.) presented a clear message about the role of artificial intelligence in claims: augmentation, not automation. “We’re not trying to replace adjusters—we’re trying to make them superheroes,” says Heather H.
