HawkSoft (Canby, Oregon) and Sonant (Burlingame, Calif.) have launched an integration that brings voice AI capabilities directly into HawkSoft’s agency management system. The solution allows independent insurance agencies to log and triage calls automatically, generate tasks, and document conversations—all within existing workflows.
