Arch Insurance North America (Jersey City, N.J.) has deployed an initial release of Guidewire (San Mateo, Calif.) ClaimCenter as its new cloud-based claims management system. The implementation is part of a broader effort to modernize Arch’s claims operations across the United States and Canada.
