Crawford & Company CEO Rohit Verma is stepping down at the end of the year to take the helm of another firm, and the company has named Crawford veteran W. Bruce Swain, Jr. interim president CEO.
Swain, currently the company’s chief financial officer, will also become a member of the Crawford board of directors. He assumes the top role on January 1, 2026. Swain has been with Crawford for more than 30 years.
