Curriculum aligned with agency systems
Over 60 hours of blended live and on-demand instruction, participants are introduced to core personal lines topics including homeowners, condominium and auto coverages and endorsements, as well as personal umbrella policies. The program also covers Massachusetts Registry of Motor Vehicles procedures, agency operations and workflows, and professional expectations in an independent agency setting.
