Applied Systems (Chicago) has acquired Cytora (London), a digital risk processing platform for the insurance industry. The acquisition broadens Applied’s artificial intelligence capabilities across the policy lifecycle for agencies, carriers and managing general agents. The companies did not disclose the terms of the transaction.
